You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a partial refund (we'll deduct the shipping we paid, which ranges from $100 to $250 depends on the product) only for non-customized products.
However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, we'll pay the return shipping costs by sending you a pre-paid shipping label.
